Existing players are invited to renew their membership at the start of each season, after their FA and League registrations are approved.
The team manager ensures that all FA and League registrations are complete before the player participates in Club activities.

Stonesfield FC is a community football club that provides opportunities for children and young people to play football in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. From our Strikers through to our Youth teams, we focus on player development, teamwork, respect and enjoyment of the game.

The annual membership fee is £150 for Youth U13 - U17;  £140 for Strikers U9 - U12; and £130 for Mini Strikers U7 - U8. It is an all-inclusive fee that covers kit, training, winter facilities, pitch hire, referees, league and FA registrations, safeguarding, insurance, and Club administration, ensuring excellent value with no hidden extras. Payments can be made in full or spread over three instalments, and we also offer a sibling discount.

Our fees are designed to be affordable for most, but if they cause difficulty, please don't hesitate to contact us. We have an inclusive policy in place to ensure every child has the opportunity to play football.

Player eligibility is determined by The FA, based on the date of birth between 1 September and 31 August. A younger player may, with the Club's approval, play up one age group if it is appropriate and safe.
