Stonesfield Football Club is a community club run entirely by volunteers. From coaching to admin, every role helps us provide safe, fun and inclusive football for children and young people. We need your support to keep the club thriving.

Ways You Can Help
On the Pitch:

  • Coaches & Assistants – help run training and matches (FA training and DBS check provided)
  • Matchday Helpers – set up goals, mark pitches, manage equipment

Behind the Scenes:

  • Team Admins – manage team info, fixtures and Spond communication
  • Fundraising & Sponsorship – help with events, grants and attracting local sponsors
  • Committee Members – support club decision-making and governance

Support Roles:

  • Welfare Support – help uphold safeguarding standards (training provided)
  • Event Volunteers – lend a hand at tournaments, presentations or club socials
  • Grounds & Facilities – help maintain pitches and equipment

How Much Time is Needed?

  • Flexible – from an hour on matchday to a regular weekly role
  • Every little helps! Even one-off support at events makes a difference

Support & Training

  • All volunteers receive support and guidance from the Club Committee
  • FA training, safeguarding, and DBS checks arranged (where required)
  • Costs for FA coaching courses may be supported by the Club
